Project Work

In the project work segment, API:

• Assists in developing the appropriate agendas for the joint meetings
• Teaches at the meetings on topics related to the Model for Improvement, measurement, and testing
• Coaches teams at and between the joint meetings

API has developed a monitoring system for the project work period that allows for mass customizing interventions to support the teams. This system is based on simplified monthly reporting by the teams and team assessments. The current Breakthrough Series system includes three joint meetings over a six to eight month time period.
